Cybox Email Hosting

Netrack provides flexible email services from single mailboxes to corporate domains with hundreds of mailboxes. Either way you get all the same great features. Each user has direct contol over their personal mailbox features. Each domain can specify a local administrator to directly manage mailboxes in their domain.

Great Address

Use your own domain or our mailbox domain @cybox.com. Netrack provides domain registration and domain name service (DNS) or works with your existing registrar and DNS provider.

Compatibility

Any mail reader can be used including Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, and Macintosh Mail. Use POP, APOP, or IMAP to access your mailbox.

Remote Access

Your mailbox is accessible from anywhere on the Internet for sending and receiving email. There is no need to change outgoing mail servers when traveling. Use our web-based email to access your mailbox from any computer or Internet kiosk.

Spam Control

Netrack uses two levels of spam control to block 95% of spam and viruses before they reach your mailbox. The blocking thwarts blast mailers and is not based on message content. We are currently blocking an average of one message per hour per mailbox - more than 17,000 messages per day! In addition to the blocking, all incoming email goes through a spam content filter and is tagged to indicate the probability that it is unsolicited commercial email (UCE), a.k.a. spam. Mail that is quite likely to be spam is tagged in the subject line. Each user can customize the behavior of the filter, automatically delete messages on the server that are spam, or use the tags to delete messages in the mail reader.

Forwarding

Email sent to any mailbox can be automatically forwarded by the mail server to any other email address in the world. Each user can directly control when and to which address is forwarded.

Vacation Message

A automatic response established for any mailbox. Each user can directly control when the automatic response is enabled and the message that is sent.

Aliases

Any mailbox may have any number of unique mail aliases at no additional charge.

Email services are included in all web hosting, DSL, and dialup packages at no additional charge. The following prices are for mail services only -- without web hosting. Prices do not include annual domain registration fee.
